The Los Angeles Clippers have been a pleasant surprise in the early NBA season, playing with fire and passion.

The Los Angeles Clippers are causing a ruckus in the NBA. In their first few games of a difficult stretch, they are holding on to a sustainable record. They have defeated remarkable teams in the NBA, including the Rockets twice, Thunder and Washington Wizards; this leaves them with an imperceptible standing to some and a remarkably sufficient one for others. The Clippers are currently 4-3 and are showing no signs of stopping outside of a hiccup in the third quarter against Oklahoma City.

One of the more noticeable changes illuminating through every Clipper is their tenacious attitudes. Intensity affects how teams play enormously. Ever since players such as Patrick Beverley, Montrezl Harrell, Lou Williams and Tobias Harris started commanding this roster through passionate play, the Clippers have really demonstrated proficiency. Their chemistry is through the roof. Everyone seems to be on the same page play wise, locker-room wise and physically. The Clippers are headed in the right direction.

To see the Clippers preform at a high level against some of the best teams in the NBA is promising. Perhaps the most promising aspect of these great feats is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The fact that SGA is preforming at a high level in his first NBA season against the top teams is rewarding for the Clippers organization. He was our draft pick; he is the future of the franchise. In the last six games, Shai has averages a solid 9pts off of the bench. Not to mention his important defensive contribution to this team, as proven through;

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been the second top rim protector for guards in the League as well as saving points. This is astonishing for a rookie. He is continuing to impress defensively. One game that looms over Shai is his 50% field goal percentage off of the bench wonder against the Houston Rockets. His offensive efficiency propelled the Clippers to prevail against the Rockets with 12pts in a 115-112 thriller.

The Clippers are a nightmare of a match up for any NBA team. In terms of intensity, fight, vigor and tenacious attitude, the Clippers are in the top of each category. The bustle defensive ability of the Clippers is a threat. Jerry West manifested it, Ballmer loves it, Doc is developing it and the team is enacting it. Watch the Clippers this season, the underdog is about to rise to the top.
