Out with the Old, In with the New

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Clamp City. Gone are the days of the Lob City Clippers, and here comes the defensive-minded LA Clippers squad. There’s plenty of change coming this season.

Featuring players like Beverley, Bradley, Luc Mbah a Moute, and Gilgeous-Alexander, the Clippers don’t have any pushovers on the roster.

At the same time, the offense will be questionable at times, especially against other defensive-heavy teams. However, with guys like Lou Williams, Gortat, Harris, and Gallinari, there will certainly be some redeeming qualities.

Before the season started, the Clippers were forced to part ways with Jawun Evans and Wesley Johnson, as well as a few others. Both played significant roles last season, and it won’t be easy to replace their contributions.

Get ready folks, and fasten your seat belts — it’s going to be an incredible season.
