Season Prediction

Jerome Robinson is the future, having been voted by peers to likely have the second most successful NBA career among his draft class. Robinson’s offensive game does require polish and experience in the NBA level which will be the main focus of his rookie campaign.

With the Clippers guard rotation filled with starter quality players Robinson’s minutes may be very limited barring injuries or trades.

In a perfect world, the Clippers would remain healthy for the season and Robinson’s time on the floor would be limited averaging a modest 4 points and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 40% from three on limited makes. However a surge in productive play during his limited minutes could allow for a more meaningful bench role as was the case with Tyrone Wallace and C.J Williams from the 2017-18 season.

Doc Rivers has reiterated to the media that minutes on this team are not going to be given out and have to be fought for. Jerome Robinson is a player that welcomes that challenge.
