Montrezl Harrell: Jaromir Jagr (HC Kladno)

Jaromir Jagr is one of the best hockey players ever. Jagr was drafted in 1990 and was in the NHL until this summer where he signed with a foreign club (aside from 2008-2011 when he played Avangard Omsk, another foreign club). He has 1921 career points in 1733 games. Jagr isn’t lacking in the accolades category either. The Ageless Wonder won two Stanley Cups with the Penguins in the first two years of his career, a Hart Memorial Trophy, three Ted Lindsay Awards, five Art Ross Trophies, a Bill Masterson Memorial Trophy (best sportsmanship award), and was an eight time All-Star.

However, to a new hockey fan, the first thing they will notice about Jagr is his iconic mullet that he has sported his entire career. On the Clippers, Montrezl Harrell undoubtedly has the best hair. His long, black dreadlocks, dyed red on the ends, is possibly the most unique hair since the likes of Dennis Rodman’s rainbow or neon hair with the Bulls in the late 90’s. One question stands, whose hair is better: Trezz’s red dreads or Jagr’s flowing mullet?

Danilo Gallinari: Luca Sbisa (Vegas Golden Knights)

While the NHL has 24/31 teams located in the United States, the majority of the players aren’t American. The NHL has many players from multiple countries, such as Canada, Sweden, Russia, Czech Republic, and many other countries. One country with not many NHL players in the league’s history is Italy.

Same with the NBA, with some of the few notable names from Italy are Andrea Bargnani and LA’s own Danilo Gallinari. According to Hockey Reference, there are only three Italian born NHL players, including defenseman Luca Sbisa. These athletes are doing a great job of representing their country in their respective leagues.
