10) TERRY STOTTS

An ex apprentice of Rick Carlisle, American basketball coach Terry Stotts has been associated with the coaching side of the game for roughly two decades. Possessing a calm and endearing persona, he was instrumental in the maturation of cornerstone pieces in Damian Lillard and CJ Mccollum. Regarded as an elite man-manager in the league, he’d tailored his system to the strengths of his players. With role-players Al-Farouq Aminu, Evan Turner and others making substantial contributions in the prior season, they’d accumulated a meritorious 49 wins last year. While being humbled by the likes of Rajon Rondo and The Brow, Anthony Davis, in the knockout phases, the Trail Blazers brass have entrusted him with the task of pioneering the franchise into significant success in the future.

9) MIKE BUDENHOLZER

Renowned in the league for his European methodology, Greg Popovich’s former right-hand man had taken the league by storm in his tenure with the Hawks. The former Coach Of the Year, had  grown into a distinguished figure in the league with his unique approach to the game. In addition to adopting an eye-catching style of play, he’d assumed the role of a culture-setter for the franchise. His decision to devise a system of floor spacing paired with off-ball cuts spearheaded Atlanta to the Eastern Conference Finals. Having departed from the rebuilding Hawks, one of the brilliant basketball minds will embrace a new challenge in a different scenario with the Milwaukee Bucks. Posing a skilled roster, he could pilot the team into genuine contention in the fairly feeble East.
