Game 58: Clippers at Minnesota Timberwolves. February 11, 2019.

The big picture for this prediction comes from what kind of Minnesota Timberwolves team will show up this year. The past couple of years, Minnesota has had the Clippers number, yet I am optimistic that this can change.

There is no question about the chemistry issues Minnesota has reportedly been dealing with for quite some time. Is Jimmy Butler content with this team? Which one of the youngsters will take a step back or change roles? Will these issues stand in their way of playing great basketball, after barely making the cut last post season?

I am afraid so for Timberwolves fans. Minnesota will take a step down this season, and the Clippers are fully capable of upsetting a small favorite Timberwolves squad.

Prediction: Clippers finally head home by stealing a win in Minnesota and upsetting the Timberwolves in a very close game.
