Game 45: Golden State Warriors vs LA Clippers

7:30 PM PST/10:30 PM EST on Friday, January 18th

Back-to-back champions, 5 All-Stars now with the Acquisition of Center DeMarcus Cousins with returning members Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala.

The Clippers will be in for a long one, though I am intrigued to see match-up between the defensive backcourt of Patrick Beverley and Avery Bradley against the Splash Bros. in Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

Though they’ll likely be without DeMarcus Cousins, this game will be an extremely difficult upset for the Clippers to pull off (hoping Lou drops another 50 Point-Game).

To be fair, I do recall a high scoring game last season where the Clippers almost pulled off the upset. I believe it was the first game back from the All-Star Break and man was this game just pure offense.

Golden State’s explosive offense will be too much for the Clippers as they begin a 4-Game Road Trip starting in San Antonio.
