Game 15: LA Clippers at Brooklyn Nets
Saturday, November 17 at 3:00 PM
Last season: Clippers won series 2-0
The LA Clippers must be careful with the Brooklyn Nets this season. Young, hungry, and finally promising, the Nets could establish themselves a dark horse Eastern Conference Playoffs contender early on.
Featuring a roster built around Spencer Dinwiddie, D’Angelo Russell, DeMarre Carroll, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, and Jarrett Allen, they’re nothing to mess with.
What’s more, the Nets added names like Kenneth Faried and the previously-mentioned Ed Davis to their bench. They might be taking a more old-school approach to the game, but it seems crazy enough to work.
These two teams matchup nicely, and it seems whichever team plays better defense will win this one out.
The Clippers won both games last season, and they were both close. This season, I’ll give each team their home game. Brooklyn wins this one, and LA wins the next in Los Angeles.
