Game 12: LA Clippers vs Milwaukee Bucks
Saturday, November 10 at 12:30 PM
Last season: Clippers won series 2-0
The LA Clippers looked impressive against the Milwaukee Bucks last season, sweeping the season series two games to none. Both games took place in late March, when they mattered most, and without Blake Griffin.
Harris was the go-to guy in each contest, averaging 18.5 points, five rebounds, and 4.5 assists against his former team.
On the Bucks’ side, Giannis Antetokounmpo put up nearly identical statistics — 19.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists.
Like the Trail Blazers (and many teams before them in this slider), the Bucks did very little to improve this summer. However, in the midst of all the chaos, they did manage to add veteran big Brook Lopez, making them a very complete team. They also brought Ersan Ilyasova back to Milwaukee, another veteran piece, this time to come off the bench.
On second though, I like what the Bucks did this summer. A lot.
Doesn’t mean they’ll be beating the Clippers in Los Angeles, though. LA wins this one.
