Los Angeles Clippers: Top Five Games on the 2018-19 NBA Schedule
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Golden State Warriors – November 12, 2018
This will be the first of four games in which the Clippers face the defending champion Golden State Warriors. The Warriors didn’t do too much this summer aside from signing All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins for a little more than $5 million.
Even though he likely won’t be available for this game, the Warriors still sport four All-Stars in their starting lineup. The Clippers were able to upset this team last season in a game where Lou Williams dropped 50 points.
I love Lou, but him replicating that doesn’t seem likely. To get a win against this dynasty will take a full team effort. In a loaded conference, a team fighting for a playoff spot like the Clippers are will have to pull off some quality wins. Getting one early against the Warriors could do wonders for not only their divisional record, but their locker room morale.
