9.) The Clippers and Pelicans are on the Struggle Bus

Since 2000, every team from the Western conference has been to the Western Conference finals at least once… aside from the Clippers and the Pelicans. New Orleans came close, but lost in seven games in 2008 and the Clippers were close but also lost in seven in 2015, each in the West Semi-Finals. Oddly enough, Chris Paul was leading both teams. Fortunately for CP3, he finally made the WCF in the 2018 Playoffs with the Rockets. Had he not gotten injured in Game 5, the Rockets could have dethroned the Warriors. Eliminating the best team of all time would be absolutely huge.

10.) Impressive or not?

Former Clippers center Chris Kaman holds a record that may be impressive or may just be sad. The big man has the most 20 point games while never scoring 30 points once out of every player in NBA history. Not even one 30 point game in his 13 year career He spent eight seasons as a Clipper after being drafted sixth overall in 2003 and depending on who you ask, some may say he didn’t live up to the expectations of a sixth overall pick. In the end, many Clipper fans are thankful to Kaman for his loyalty through the 2000’s to the team.
