Sam Dekker

Last year: 72 overall

Prediction: 71 overall

Sam Dekker will likely drop to start the season. He struggled from deep last season, only converting on 16.7% (yikes) from deep. It stands to reason that the shooting will knock his 2k rating down, but if he’s fixed that problem this summer all while dealing with wedding planning, his rating should move up to the mid-70s.

Milos Teodosic

Last year: 74 overall

Prediction: 72 overall

His overall might drop, but Milos Teodosic better have his passing rating in the 90’s. The Serbian point guard is coming off an “eh” rookie season but should fair better this season now that his injury has recovered. His defense likely brings his overall down, but if he can continue to play offense, he’ll be able to climb back to his mid-70’s rating that he ended last year with.
