No. 26 Angel Delgado, C, Agua Caliente Clippers

2017-2018 Collegiate Stats: 13.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists

Like Wilson last year, Angel Delgado has already been signed on a two-way contract. He’ll more than likely be the team’s starting center throughout Summer League play.

Delgado is an extremely skilled big, and was the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award winner last season at Seton Hall, which recognizes college basketball’s best center. Still though, he wasn’t selected in the 2018 NBA Draft.

What makes Delgado so unfavorable to younger, rebuilding teams is his age and his ceiling. Although he was the best center in basketball, Delgado lives in the paint, and will turn 24 in November. Not exactly a fountain of youth.

Luckily, none of these things are issues for the LA Clippers. They want an established big on their G-League Squad, the Agua Caliente Clippers, and he’ll help the Summer League team win a lot of battles in the paint.

Not much for defense, Delgado averaged less than a block per game for his career. However, he is a tenacious rebounder, and hauled four offensive boards per game during his senior season.

His polished post game and strong frame will make him a force in the Summer League, and likely a fan favorite.
