WASHINGTON, DC – FEBRUARY 10: Desi Rodriguez #20 /

No. 19 Desi Rodriguez, F, Seton Hall

2017-2018 Stats: 17.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists

Desi Rodriguez was a star at Seton Hall, and he’ll right at home on the Summer League roster alongside former teammate Angel Delgado.

The 6-6 wing posted impressive numbers throughout his four years in college, most notably in his senior season. Rodriguez scored nearly 20 points in 30 minutes per game on 37% shooting from deep. He’s a gifted two-way player and is surprisingly physical in the post.

If he wants to impress and work on earning an NBA contract, Rodriguez will need to show that his three-point stroke is consistent. He’s long for his height and should be able to shoot over defenders with ease.

If he and Delgado get minutes together (and they should) look for the two to flow together. You don’t spend four years together and remain unfamiliar.
