No. 2: December 9, 2017 — Wizards 112, Clippers 113

Lou’s Line: 35 points, 8 assists, 2 rebounds, 1 game-winning three

Just when you think that a player might have finally reached their peak, they go out and do something like this.

Not only did Williams drop 35 in a winning effort versus the Washington Wizards, but he delivered the final dagger that put the Clippers up for good.

Lou also recorded another eight assists for good measure, which totaled 18 points as well. In total, Williams was behind 53 of the team’s 113 points, nearly 47% of the team’s total scoring.

But what puts this game so high up is perhaps the most clutch shot from the Clippers’ season — Lou’s game-winning three.

What makes this one better than the one that C.J. Williams had against the Hawks? Two things, actually. One, it was against the Atlanta Hawks. Two, the Wizards game-winner was a more high-pressure situation. Less time remaining on the clock, better team, etc. Both were great in their own regard, but Lou gets the nod here.

LA’s Ralph Lawler and Bruce Bowen called it best:

Chills every time.
