DeAndre´s contract is not economical

The contract the Los Angeles Clippers signed with DeAndre Jordan last was a 4-year, $87.6 million contract with a player option during the 2018-2019 season. Jerry West has lingered with different plans economically with the Clippers. He has elucidated his economic transformation with the heartless trade of Blake Griffin, getting rid of the max  5-year $173 million contract.

The main problem with DeAndre Jordan’s contract is that he is most likely to want the max. DeAndre Jordan has spent his whole career playing in a Clipper uniform and would be worth that maximum, but with the way Jerry West is changing the way the Clippers are economically, it would not be surprising if he trades him or lets him walk to clear cap space for a younger star or proven scoring All-Star.
