Devonte’ Graham — 23, PG, Kansas

Devonte’ Graham is one of the older prospects in the draft, having turned 23 in February. While that’s an issue for teams looking to rebuild with younger players, the Clippers could benefit from adding a more experienced guard in Graham, who averaged 7.2 assists per game in his final season at Kansas.

What stands out most about Graham is his pesky defense and three-point shooting ability. The Big 12 Player of the Year recorded 1.6 steals per game last season, and converted over 40% of his threes.

Graham is also an aggressive driver, and is capable of taking over games when need be. His only downside, essentially is his size. He stands just 6-1, but has a 6-6 wingspan to compensate.

Graham would be a solid pick if the Clippers opt to grab bigs in the first round. Their guard depth is plentiful, but having a playmaker on the team is essential. Graham may not have the highest upside in the draft, but his floor is so high that he’ll become a reliable option no matter where he goes.
