2. Sacramento Kings: Luka Doncic, SG/SF, Slovenia

Luka Doncic may just be the best European player in any draft ever. At 19 years old, he is the MVP of the second best basketball league on the planet. Doncic, while not the most athletic prospect, can pretty much do it all. His age is his biggest strength, as he has several years before he will hit his prime. Sacramento already has a lock at point guard and shooting guard in De’Aaron Fox and Buddy Hield respectively. Bogdan Bogdanovic can play either wing position and would be a great sixth man. That leaves a spot open for Doncic to be their starting small forward. If Willie Cauley-Stein shows significant improvement, this would be one of the best and brightest young teams in the league.
