14. Denver Nuggets: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, PG, Kentucky

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a very good all around point guard. At 6’6, SGA is a jack of all trades, averaging 14.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 1.6 steals per game and shooting 40.4% from three. He’s very athletic and fast, but plays carefully and methodically. Defense isn’t a worry either, SGA is a pest especially when guarding on-ball. SGA was part of a relatively quiet Kentucky team this year and led the team along with Kevin Knox to the tournament. Denver is in need of a point guard. Emmanuel Mudiay didn’t work and was part of a three team trade to give the Nuggets Devin Harris as a replacement. Jamal Murray can play point, but their center, Nikola Jokic, is a better playmaker and that is not ideal. SGA would fill a much need role for Denver and might help them become a perennial playoff team.
