In today’s episode, I address the latest Los Angeles Clippers rumors, including DeAndre Jordan’s potential return to Dallas.

It’s finally that time of year again, folks. That special time of the NBA season, when trade rumors and free agency clues rule. For Clippers fans, it’s coming a little sooner than usual, and with more weight than usual. This summer, the team has real potential to build itself into a contender.

But according to The Ringer’s Kevin O’Connor, star Center DeAndre Jordan may not be around for the rebuild. Instead, the Dallas Mavericks are again pursuing Jordan, hoping to lock him up for good this time.

Jordan is just one of the trio of bigs the Mavericks are interested in, according to O’Connor. Dallas will also go after DeMarcus Cousins and Julius Randle this summer in an effort to seemingly stay relevant.

O’Connor also stated that Los Angeles is interested in trading up in the draft, particularly for Missouri’s Michael Porter Jr. The Clippers would be wise to negotiate a trade with the Mavericks, who own the fifth pick in the NBA Draft. By sending Jordan (via sign-and-trade) to Dallas, in addition to one or both of the Clippers’ own picks, LA could snag their dream prospect.

In addition to these rumors, I also spent some time answering your top questions in today’s podcast. Most revolved around the NBA Draft, but a few about the future of the team made me sit and think for quite a while. Props for asking such meaningful questions — I’ll continue the mailbag segment every Monday, so keep them coming.

To close the show, I recapped this weekend’s Playoffs games, including predicting how each series would end. Spoiler alert: Houston may be done for.

In tomorrow’s show, I’ll analyze the possibility of trading for Karl-Anthony Towns, as well as talk about the results of tonight’s Celtics-Cavs game.
