Today’s episode of Locked on Clippers features my lottery mock draft, a few free agents I believe the team should pursue, and another playoffs update.

Today’s episode is stacked with content. Not only do I run through my personal NBA Mock Draft (through pick no. 14), but I also run through a few potential free agents that the Clippers could pursue this summer. And as always, the usual playoffs update follows at the end.

This year’s draft class is full of great talent, going well beyond the lottery. And depending on how you value players, there could be about 10 players liable to be selected with the final few picks of the lottery portion of the draft.

As we know by now, the Clippers will be making their selections with picks nos. 12 and 13. While predicting who exactly the team will be taking with those picks is difficult, I’ve narrowed it down to  a few likely options.

If the Clippers feel it’s necessary, I think they could trade up to get a guy like Collin Sexton. Sexton, a dynamic point guard, could be the answer up top that they need. However, I believe the team will stand pat at 12 and 13, and draft front court players to fill out the depth chart.

The center position is a need, especially if DeAndre Jordan ends up leaving this summer. In that case, the Clippers could grab Robert Williams, who also hails from Texas A&M. He should still be available around that range. To find out who I think they take, you’ll have to listen.

The Clippers could also add to their roster this summer by way of free agency. Mario Hezonja and Jabari Parker are two guys that could work out.

To close, I went over the usual playoffs stuff, including Houston’s blowout victory of the Warriors.

In tomorrow’s show, I’ll cover the week’s top stories, talk about the Draft Combine, and highlight some potential replacements for Mike Woodson.
