Los Angeles Clippers: Watch the 2018 NBA Draft Lottery tonight

The 2018 NBA Draft Lottery will air tonight. We will find out where the Los Angeles Clippers’ draft picks will fall.

Tonight is the night we have all been waiting for! Prior to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics Eastern Conference Finals game, the 2018 NBA Draft Lottery will take place. The Los Angeles Clippers have two picks in the lottery and we will finally figure out where the team will draft later this summer.

Representing the Clippers will be the team’s consultant, Jerry West. West will hopefully have luck on his side as the Clips have very little chance to net a top-3 pick in the draft.

Even scarier is the fact that the Detroit Pistons could get their own pick back, should it fall in the top-5 of the draft. Thankfully, the probability of that happening is also pretty low.

The Clippers own pick has a 0.6% chance of being the first overall pick and a 2.2% chance of landing in the top-3. Detroit similarly only has a 0.7% chance at the top spot and a 2.5% chance of being in the top-3. Odds are, LA will be picking at spots 12 and 13 when all is said in done.

With the depth of this draft, that’s not a bad place to be. Although there are no surefire stars at 12 and 13, the Clippers can add some much needed depth.
