In today’s episode, I name my top 10 prospects in this year’s NBA Draft class, preview tonight’s NBA Draft Lottery, and update you on the Conference Finals.

This year’s draft class is phenomenal –one of the most impressive we’ve seen this decade. Had it not been for last year’s class being so great, some might even call it the best — although rather prematurely.

What I’m saying is, if there was ever a time for the Clippers to potentially have two lottery picks, it’s now. And lucky us, because they most likely will, once the NBA Draft Lottery commences tonight.

To start off today’s show, I named my top 10 prospects in this year’s class. Luka Doncic, DeAndre Ayton, and Jaren Jackson Jr. round out my top 3. And while that may be predictable, the rest of my list is far from it.

I also spent some more time talking about tonight’s NBA Draft Lottery. I made a few mistakes in last week’s episode about the Lottery, specifically with what the best case scenario could be. After going back through the rules, I found that the actual best case scenario is one in which the Clippers earn a top 3 pick, as well as keep Detroit’s pick.

Since the top 3 picks are the only ones chosen with ping pong balls, the rest of the picks are uniform with the remaining team record order. The worst case scenario is one in which the Clippers hold their own pick and Detroit moves into the top 4 — in which they’ll keep their own.

To close the show, I went over the most recent happenings with the Conference Finals. I talked about Houston’s loss to the Warriors, and how the Cavaliers could defeat the Celtics tonight in a pivotal Game 2.

In addition, I talked a little bit about Mike Woodson’s time with the LA Clippers. Thanks for listening!
