In today’s episode, I talked about what Jerry West had to say about Blake Griffin, a potential Bobi and Tobi show, and this weekend’s top stories.

To start things off this week, I went straight into Jerry West‘s comments on the Blake Griffin-led Los Angeles Clippers.

West sat down with Marc Stein of the New York Times for an incredible column, detailing West’s time with the Clippers so far. In it, West talked about the direction of the team, his watching habits, and most importantly, his thoughts on the Griffin-led Clippers.

He felt mainly that the team was “stuck” with Griffin at the helm. The team had already reached its ceiling with Griffin, and with the money he was due, the franchise was virtually out of options when it came to what to do.

In the show, I agree with West’s comments, claiming that I always trust the Logo.

For the next segment, I discussed a potential reality show revolving around Boban Marjanovic and Tobias Harris. Similar things have already been done, like MTV’s Rob and Big.

But rather than pursuing a full-blown show, Bobi and Tobi could also go by way of YouTube series. If you remember, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin did something similar for BGCP3TV in HD.

Seeing Marjanovic and Harris dancing together on Instagram isn’t enough. We need a whole show.

To close today’s show, I went over the weekend’s top headlines. I started with Boston’s victory over the Cavs and the Supreme Court’s legalization of sports betting. In addition, I previewed tonight’s matchup between the Rockets and Warriors. The Celtics defeated the Cavs 108-83 in an insane Game 1 performance.

The two are set for an incredible matchup, pitting the West’s top teams. Hopefully the Warriors will be challenged, and hopefully we see at least one new team in the NBA Finals.
