Initially pegged as the most interesting matchup of the 2nd Round, the J.J. Redick – Eric Gordon duel lived up to the hype. At first, at least.
Gordon had an early lead, and for a while there, this was almost a 50/50 split. Towards the end, though, Redick pulled through in convincing fashion.
Redick will face Paul in the Sweet Sixteen, a classic all-ACC matchup.
