Eric Gordon (12) vs. J.J. Redick (4)
Much to our surprise, Eric Gordon scored a landslide victory over Eric Piatkowski in the 1st round. Unsurprisingly, J.J. Redick decimated Pooh Richardson.
However, a Redick – Gordon matchup sounds a lot more entertaining than Redick – Piatkowski.
They averaged similar numbers during their time with the team, and played similar roles. Plus, they’ve both played for the team within the last 10 years. Most fans likely watched both of these guys while they were in Los Angeles.
I’d have to give the slight edge to Redick, but if Gordon gets the support he got in the 1st round, then we’ll have another upset on our hands.
