Winner: Tobias Harris (7) — 94% of votes
Let’s be real. Tobias Harris got an excellent draw here, unlike his Tennessee Volunteers, because most of us don’t know who Bob Kauffman is. Still, that doesn’t take away from what Kauffman accomplished in four seasons with the Buffalo Braves.
Averaging 15.8 points and 9.2 rebounds in 306 games with the Braves, Kauffman was the first “great” Clipper.
Most dominant prior to the days before Bob McAdoo showed up and made the world his, Kauffman was a three-time All-Star with the Braves.
And speaking of McAdoo, Harris will have to face a very difficult opponent very soon.
