In a classic old-vs.-new matchup, ol’ Hollywood Harp takes on Randy Foye for a chance to upset CP in the second round.

Under most circumstances, it’d be hard to believe that a 5x NBA Champion that played for four different NBA franchises earned all of his rings with one team.

Unfortunately we’re talking about the Clippers here, so of course Ron Harper won all of his rings with one team. Not just any one team, either. The Michael Jordan-led Chicago Bulls.

That being said, Harper did give the Clippers the best years of his career. Not known for being a great three-point shooter, he often made difficult shots around the rim that left fans in awe.

Randy Foye

Foye had nary a memorable moment with the Clippers, but that didn’t stop fans from attaching themselves to him. He wasn’t “the best” at anything, and he was never a first option, let alone a third or fourth. But Foye was consistent from the free throw line, a perk that came in handy more than once.

Foye isn’t in the league anymore, but I doubt that a lot of fans would be opposed to a reunion of some sort.
