Overall: A-
Considering the circumstances, Jordan has been superb this season — and save for his brief injury, he’s been just about the team’s only constant.
He’s the last piece still remaining of the now-fabled Lob City Trio, and in a lot of ways, that tells a lot of Jordan’s story. There have been a lot of times when we thought we were going to lose him, at first to Golden State and as recently to Cleveland. He’s still in search of that elusive NBA title, and he seems prepared to do so or die trying with the LA Clippers.
I know I said earlier that Griffin was the Clippers, but Jordan was here both before him and after him. He outlived Blake, he outlived Chris. For that alone, his legacy is intact with the team.
If Jordan keeps this up for the rest of the season and re-signs this Summer, there’s a good chance he’ll go down as the greatest Clipper of all-time.
For now, though, all we can do is watch and wait.
