Rodney Stuckey

A ten-year 1/2 combo guard, Rodney Stuckey, can bring a lot to the team off the bench. His offensive game would be a nice spark with second unit and some much-needed ball handling. Stuckey has some nice career numbers with an effective field goal percentage of 44.3% and shooting 82.4% from the stripe.

Having another experienced ball handler off the bench would take a lot of pressure off Lou Williams or Austin Rivers on any given night.  That kind of help would offer both of those players, both having stepped up during this brutal stretch of injuries, a chance to play their natural positions of shooting guard.

Stuckey’s win share totals are what really drew my attention to him.  His comparative win shares brought up a couple of names that warmed my Clipper-loving heart in Eric Piatkowski (remember the Polish Rifle??) and Eric Gordon *longing sigh*.

Maybe not the number one pick on where to spend that money, but his experience and scrappy play make worth at least a look.
