Ever since taking over the starting shooting guard role in the wake of Milos Teodosic’s injury, Austin Rivers has shined.  The controversial coaches son is averaging 12.6 points per game and leads the team in steals and three-point shooting percentage. Despite the heavy criticism, Rivers has proven to be a capable NBA starter. Whether he continues to start or moves back to the bench, Rivers is clearly an important role-player for the Clippers.
