With both the Lakers and LA Clippers entering new eras, it’s time to turn the page and focus on the next chapter of the Battle of Los Angeles.
It’s a time of great change in Los Angeles, California. For as long as many fans can remember, it’s been the Clippers that’ve been the lesser of LA’s two NBA teams. And yes, historically, that is correct. But over the last few seasons, the Clips have turned a new leaf. Not only did they abandon Donald Sterling and just about every other tie to their past that they could, but they were finally able to field a legitimate contender for a substantial amount of time. On the other side of Staples, though, the Lakers have been tanking to all-time lows. Now, they might have their player that can turn all that around. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the next chapter.
