HONOLULU, HI – OCTOBER 4: Lou Williams

Lou Williams is more than just a scorer

Coming into the preseason, we knew that Lou Williams could shoot and score the ball. But Lou Will showed off his passing ability last night, serving up four assists along with 14 points in his first start as a Clippers. Williams impressed me with his chemistry with DeAndre Jordan in the pick-and-roll as the two combined for two or three alley-opp combinations against the Kings. The guard has been in the league long enough to know when he needs to score and when he needs to facilitate the basket, but let’s just hope we see a nice balance of both throughout the regular season.
