LOS ANGELES, CA – MARCH 18: Blake Griffin

Blake and DJ are primed and ready to go

Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan both did their thing in the Clippers’ W. Griffin finished with 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists while shooting 7 of 13 from the floor, once again showing off his much-improved three-point jumper by knocking down two of four three-point attempts. The power forward was dominant on offense and was very active as a ball handler which can be seen in the video below. That crossover into stepback combination is impossible to guard and is a move that I don’t think many other power forwards in the league can make.

DeAndre Jordan finished with a double-double of 13 points and 14 rebounds and threw down some monster dunks against the Kings. People questioned how the center would score his points with Chris Paul no longer on the team but the new playstyle of the Clippers seems to create even more looks at the rim for Jordan, especially on the break. Jordan was also tuned in on the defensive end, showing no mercy to Kings’ rookie Bogdan Bogdanovic with this third quarter swat.
