Think that you’re as dedicated as they come to the LA Clippers? Enter FanSided’s 3rd annual Fan of the Year contest and prove it to the world!

Do you spend countless hours every year watching the LA Clippers play in your man cave? Did you name your children after Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan? Have you ever been told to get a life? If you answered yes to any of those questions, you just might have what it takes to be named FanSided’s Sports Fan of the Year!

It’s simple to enter – all you have to do is submit a two-minute video or 200-word essay to FanSided, explaining why you should be named Fan of the Year. Entries can not be modified once they have been submitted. As a fan, you must exemplify a few traits, including dedication, integrity, and “Fanmanship”. All of the official rules can be viewed here.

So what’s in it for you, you might ask? Aside from getting the honor of being named Fan of the Year, five finalists will be profiled on FanSided.com, and will earn a free one-year subscription to Sports Illustrated. The grand prize winner will receive a free three-day trip to New York City to attend Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year event.

When it comes down to it, the game we all know and love would be incomplete without us fans. We are the ones that fuel our team’s fire.

Entries will only be accepted from October 9th to the 27th, so get on it!  Why wouldn’t you want to be recognized as the ultimate LA Clippers fan?
