Winners and losers of the LA Clippers’ preseason loss

The LA Clippers opened up their 2017 preseason last night with a loss to the Toronto Raptors. Here are my picks for our winners and losers.

It’s safe to say that it has been a very long time since there was this much optimism among the LA Clippers community. Fans went into last night’s preseason opener with high hopes and enthusiasm. And yet, despite the loss, that enthusiasm seems to remain. It’s important that we keep in mind that it’s early, and everything we saw last night should be taken with a grain of salt. The same should be kept in mind with our winners and losers.

There were strong showings from players with both high and low expectations, and some situations that let us down. So let’s break it all down.
