LA Clippers’ Media Day provides much-needed injury updates

The status of Griffin’s foot has been a question mark for the majority of the summer with some reports suggesting that the power forward would miss the start of the season. This will not be the case, as Griffin told reporters at the Clippers’ media day that he felt great and expected to participate in the team’s training camp without any setbacks.

Doc Rivers touched on Griffins injuring during his media day appearance, adding that the power forward just recently returned to the court and that the team would be monitoring him throughout camp. One would expect the team to be incredibly precautionary with Griffin since the season is still weeks away and the Clippers’ star is coming off of a serious foot injury.
