Danilo Gallinari
Around a week ago, reports began to surface that Gallinari’s injured thumb/hand was pretty much 100% healed and that the small forward would be ready to participate in the LA Clippers’ training camp. At the Clippers’ media day, Gallinari himself confirmed this, telling the media that he was feeling very good and had gotten back onto the court about a week prior to the media day.

When Doc Rivers was asked about the recovery of Gallo’s injury, he took advantage of the opportunity to poke a little bit of fun at the Italian (who broke his hand earlier in the summer when he punched an opponent in the face), joking that Gallo would be good as long as no one pissed him off.

This is good news as Gallo will be a focal point of the team’s new offense.
