Brice Johnson – Hit

Rating: 71

Like Dekker, Brice Johnson wasn’t able to play for a majority of his actual rookie season. Both were sidelined for all but 3 games of their inaugural campaigns in the NBA thanks to back injuries that never wanted to heal. But now both are back and raring to go for another shot at the best basketball players in the world. Johnson’s rating jumped from 69 in 2K17 to 71 in 2K18, a very reasonable increase. While a lot of that probably came from his dominant performances in the Summer League, we can also attribute it to overall progression and the hope that he can stay healthy. If given the chance, Johnson will be sure to impress and prove himself worthy of a higher rating. For now, though, I wouldn’t complain.
