DeAndre Liggins – Miss

Rating: 71

Unfortunately, DeAndre Liggins is the only player on my list that is actually overrated. Liggins is known for being a stalwart defender, if you know him at all. He’s only played in 119 games since he was selected in the second round of the 2011 NBA Draft, which speaks volumes. Liggins is probably more deserving of a 69 or 70 overall, and again, it’s his defense alone that puts him there. We’ll probably see Liggins spend more time with the Agua Caliente Clippers, LA’s G-League affiliate, than with the NBA’s Clippers. Because of this, he won’t have much of a chance to prove himself. If his rating takes a dip during the season, you’ll know why.
