LA Clippers superstar Chris Paul is named a finalist for fan nominated “Assist of the Year” during the new NBA Award Show on TNT presented on June 26th on TNT.

Chris Paul is working on getting better everyday, I know this because I follow him on SnapChat (@cpiii). No days off for a Point God, I guess. Not surprisingly, Paul’s work for this LA Clippers season is gaining some buzz, especially an assist delivered ever so beautifully to a patient Brandon Bass for the dunk. The Point God, known for his assists, will get a chance to win the first ever “Assist of the Year Award” with the help of Fans like you!

The LA Clippers, after an early exit from the playoffs, are getting some much-needed love with their point guard being nominated for assist of the year. The voting will be completely done for six categories by the fans for the fans.

The Point God

Chris Paul, known around the league as “The Point God” is still a premier point guard for what it seems like always a contending team in the LA Clippers. Still one of the best to ever play the point in the NBA, Paul is still in his prime and continues to wow us with his amazing assists.

Paul’s nominated assist follows below.

Paul could win this award every year but with it being the first time for the award, it would be special for him to win it. Chris Paul became the LA Clippers all time assist leader this season with the great video below.

The Clippers point guard needs your help to take home the new award so make sure to spread the word and vote now!
