The Morning After: Chris Paul, Clippers’ Bench Fuels Blowout vs. Lakers

Tied at one game a piece in the season series, the Clippers made it evident very early that they were playing to win. LAC scored a season-high 133 points  in a blowout victory behind Chris Paul’s 27 and J.J. Redick’s 24.

I know, I know, it’s the Lakers. But, this win feels really good.

Fresh off victories over Cleveland’s JV team and the New York Knicks, the Clippers entered Tuesday night’s contest riding high. However, with their streaky performance as of late, it didn’t seem that anyone was prepared for what Lob City unleashed against their cross-locker room rival. Here are a few takeaways from one of my favorite games of the season.
