The Morning After: Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and Jamal Crawford Shine against Celtics

Jamal Crawford

Jamal Crawford has managed to put together two solid outings in a row. This is a welcome sign after the streaky shooter has looked even streakier this season. In the 3rd, he helped to spark an 11-0 run and capped it off with a deep three.

After the game, he was asked about his play:

"”I think I’m at my best whenever I’m just not thinking. I’m just relaxed. I’m just playing, just hooping. It’s just basketball. I’ve done it my whole life. I’ve always said when you’re at your best in the NBA it feels like you’re like high school because your true game comes out.”"

Hopefully Jamal thinks just a little bit, but the way he played last night is something that could be extremely useful come playoff time. Maybe he’s just hitting his stride at the right time.

Oh, and he also hit his 50th 4 point play, which is still by far the most in NBA history.
