The Morning After: Clippers’ DeAndre Jordan’s first NBA All-Star Game

Old teammates become teammates once more.

There was a shadow cast over this weekend with the possibility of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook being at the court at the same time and what could happen. Well, here is something that happened fairly quickly after Westbrook checked in during the 1st quarter.

It was reminiscent of better times between the two; they have not lost the chemistry. Leading up to the game they kept their distance from each other.  Russell even avoided questions earlier in the week about them playing together.

Time will tell if they ever work it out, but to be honest, I hope Russell keeps that fire inside for the rest of his career. He looks like that can happen…hopefully.
