DeAndre’s Offense

Despite a 28-point outburst against the Knicks, Jordan hasn’t proved as effective on offense as usual. A lot of this can be credited to the fact that his premier lob-thrower is still sidelined, but he still needs to be relied on for easy points down low. Take a look at his stats over the last six:

  • 2/5 at Boston: 6p/16r/3a
  • 2/6 at Toronto: 9p/12r/1a/1b
  • 2/8 at New York: 28p/15r/2b
  • 2/11 at Charlotte: 4p/16r/1a/1b
  • 2/13 at Utah: 10p/13r/3b/1a
  • 2/15 vs Atlanta: 7p/16r/1a

While his scoring numbers aren’t exactly eye-popping, it’s clear that his efforts on the glass have continued to be top-notch. I’m sure we’d all love to see more lobs though.
