Two nights after the Clippers defeated the Jazz in Salt Lake City, they returned to Los Angeles to face the Atlanta Hawks in their final game before the All-Star break.

Playing teams from the Eastern Conference is always a joy. It gives LA a nice change of pace, and let’s us speculate how they would fare if they were to meet in the Finals. It seems as though the Clippers would fare very well in this particular match-up.

On Wednesday night, the Clippers defeated a very good Hawks team, 99-84. This completed the season sweep for LA, who also won in Atlanta later last month. Blake Griffin led all scorers with 17 points. He also had the most assists of any player, with nine. DeAndre Jordan won the rebound battle against Dwight Howard, 16-15.
