Season Standings

Eastern Conference:
1 – Chicago Bulls 59-23
2 – Cleveland Cavaliers 58-24
3 – Miami Heat 54-28
4 – New York Knicks 48-34
5 – Toronto Raptors 47-35
6 – Brooklyn Nets 44-38
7 – Indiana Pacers 43-39
8 – Charlotte Hornets 40-42

9 – Atlanta Hawks 40-42
10 – Washington Wizards 34-48
11 – Orlando Magic 31-51
12 – Detroit Pistons 31-51
13 – Milwaukee Bucks 31-51
14 – Boston Celtics 25-57
15 – Philadelphia 76ers 17-65

Thoughts: I made sure Paul George sucked so things could be the status quo for Indy and somehow they still made the playoffs over the Hawks and Wizards. Knicks too — ‘Melo was 2nd in scoring. Most of everything else seems right, especially the Bulls and Cavaliers finishing top-2 in the East.

Western Conference:
1 – San Antonio Spurs 61-21
2 – Oklahoma City Thunder 60-22
3 – Portland Trail Blazers 58-24
4 – Los Angeles Clippers 47-35
5 – Dallas Mavericks 46-36
6 – Golden State Warriors 45-37
7 – Memphis Grizzlies 43-39
8 – Houston Rockets 40-42

9 – Utah Jazz 37-45
10 – Denver Nuggets 35-47
11 – Phoenix Suns33-49
12 – Sacramento Kings 33-39
13 – Minnesota Timberwolves 31-51
14 – New Orleans Pelicans 31-51
15 – Los Angeles Lakers 28-54

Thoughts: LOL at the Lakers finishing last (with their injuries, this is possible in real life).

Outside of that, We’ve the same eight playoff teams from last season, with some changes — LA finishing fourth makes sense with Blakes injury, Houston slipping without Asik/Lin makes sense, and Dallas jumping to 5th makes sense with the additions of the Chandler boys. Portland landing at 4th is odd, but a later revelation will make the jump understandable.

Also, LOOK AT UTAH FINISHING 9TH!
