Matchup to Watch: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist vs. Jeff Green
Danny Ainge has to be livid right now. The tank project was looking so great when the season started. No point guard. No rim protector. The Boston Celtics were just piling on the losses. Now? They’ve pulled off four in a row. You think after last night’s college games, Ainge tells the guy to slow it down?
I’d also like to point out that Jordan Crawford, the guy that’s most famous for being a chucker and dunking on Lebron James, is currently averaging 11 points on 50/40/100 shooting. Stock up on water, can goods and bat down the hatches. The world is ending soon folks.
Oh. And last year’s number two pick Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is having a really good start to his sophomore season. He isn’t at the level of Anthony Davis, but he’s beginning to get a grip on the type of player he’ll be in the NBA. People looked to write MKG off a bit too quick.
