2K Sports Releases Chris Paul’s NBA 2K14 Player Rating

Chris Paul is the best point guard in the NBA. He’s the best all-around point guard offensively and one of the best defensive point guards in the NBA. 2K Sports recognizes that as they company is sharing NBA 2K14 player ratings a few weeks before the game release.

And what do they give Los Angeles Clippers star point guard? A rating of 94.

It’s the same rating Paul had in 2K14, so it’s nice to see the company doesn’t think the “Point God” is on the decline yet. He is the highest rated point guard in the game ranking above stars Derrick Rose (92), Russell Westbrook (91) and Rajon Rondo (90). The most interesting thing is how 2K decided to give Chris Paul the same rating as Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant. While a case could be made for Paul, Durant is the clear cut for the second best player in the NBA (Lebron James is a game-high 99).

Paul also wins the title for the best record by a Los Angeles player beating out Kobe Bryant by one point.
