3) Chemistry

Having on court chemistry is incredibly important in the postseason. Unfortunately for the LA Clippers, they just have not been able to really develop that.

Reggie Jackson has played just nine games with the team while Marcus Morris has appeared in twelve. Joakim Noah, who the Clippers officially added two weeks ago.

At least Jackson and Morris figure to be a big part of the Clippers rotation in the postseason, so getting that on-court chemistry will be paramount in the eight regular season games.

Morris has started to fit in well but still does dominate the ball a bit too much at times. He’ll likely fall in line and defer to George and Leonard come postseason but it will take that extra feeling out to get there.

For Jackson, he needs time with the second unit. He’ll be playing alongside both Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell, so figuring out how he can supplement the best bench tandem in the league will do wonders.

The team will have time get to know each other off the court but that won’t 100% translate over. The team has time though to come together and play as one. That should be enough to bring home the trophy.
